The Global Fulfillment Operations team seeks a full-time (junior) Multi-Platform Coordinator to join its Amsterdam-based team.

Your responsibility is to process and distribute all Paramount's content for publishing on non-linear platforms, for both internal and external clients.

As a member of the department, you will:
• Be responsible for internal and external client relationships; the main point of contact regarding all non-linear delivery requests and inquiries.
• Ensure availability of all required media components; liaise with international teams to ensure timely and accurate access to content and any necessary localization, including video, dubbing, subtitles, and metadata.
• Monitor the processing of content across systems.
• Oversee and uphold the highest quality standards on all deliverables.
• Warrant on-time delivery of content to ensure flawless publishing.
• Troubleshoot and manage issues alongside the technical support teams.
• Identify and advise on efficiencies around operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Provide operational support and input around departmental projects and manage the on boarding of new clients. (VOD, OTT, Apps, Mobile, Websites.)
