Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities:

This position is within the Strategic Yield Management and Forecasting group, which supports Paramount Global's mission of establishing itself as the industry-leading provider of premium inventory in the advertising community by supplying strategic revenue insights and growth recommendations to the company's leadership!

The team is focused on forecasting and tracking the ad-sales business' quarterly and annual digital revenue targets across properties and platforms! This includes helping to steer yield tactics and strategy, optimizing revenue attainment with cross-functional teams, communicating detailed and practical insights to key stakeholders including Sales, Product, Business and Finance teams, and building efficient, robust, and flexible data structures to support this mission.

Main Responsibilities:
• Must possess the ability to analyze programmatic data and proactively generate value, add insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain a system that efficiently and effectively forecasts the revenue of the indirect video business, both holistically and in detail.
• Manage optimal yield strategy by fine tuning interplay between programmatic, indirect and direct sales channels, and ensuring the ad product, pricing and packaging are ideal at any given time.
• Lead the initial vetting of potential indirect video ad partners and determine fit based on company needs and initiatives.
• Assist with monthly audits of all platform partners (performance, spend, setup, quality controls, discrepancies, etc.).
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Brand leadership teams to improve yield and optimize revenue performance.
• Help solve revenue-related challenges by combining a natural curiosity and can-do approach with a detailed understanding of how the business generates revenue.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a pricing, yield management or sales analytics role for a Publisher, SSP, DSP or Ad Tech Vendor
• Experience with digital ad serving systems, such as DFP, FreeWheel and Springserve
• Expert Excel and computer skills

Additional Qualifications:
• SQL, Data Studio, Tableau experience is a plus
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to multitask and handle special projects are required
• Experience with SSPs (Magnite, Yahoo, Xandr, etc.) and DSPs (TTD, DV360, etc)
