Overview and Responsibilities:

This position will work with our Convergent Sales team to analyze, track, and resolve ad sales invoice discrepancies. This role will act as a liaison between, OTC (order to cash), Sales, helping establish a fluid process around the resolution of timely discrepancies. This includes client and sales meetings, as well as obtaining the necessary documentation and departmental confirmations to support the invoice/rate adjustment. Additionally, this position will research and analyze specific discrepancy root causes, and work with management to design and implement solutions on an agency by agency or advertiser by advertiser basis, where applicable. This role will lead the discrepancy process supporting Paramount Global working capital initiatives to improve cashflow.
• Extract discrepancy data of from ERP SAP system and action discrepancy resolution by following defined process and deadlines
• Research invoice discrepancies and root causes
• Document discrepancies using associated, applicable reason code, as well as, detailed causes for specific discrepancies
• Establish and maintained trackers to manage discrepancies
• Perform and analyze discrepancies on a regular basis
• Drive solutions by being proactive, initiating and building strong relationships with clients and sales and thinking strategically
• Build standard methodologies for discrepancy resolution, based on research and findings
• Point of contact for sales associates on Ad Sales team & OTC team
• Work with Collections and Ad Sales teams to decrease monthly discrepancy levels and drive consistently lower levels over the long term
• Organize client meetings to review, action & resolve discrepancies
• Create KPI's, keep trackers, perform and analyze trends
• Manage and own end to end process of discrepancy resolution
• Lead meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to Managements and Sales teams

Basic Qualifications:
• College Degree preferred
• At least 3+ years Ad Operations or agency clearance experience or Media experience
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in dashboards a plus
