Paramount Brand Studio is the full-service branded content division of Paramount, committed to developing and implementing coordinated marketing solutions that position brands at the center of culture. We collaborate with advertisers to build remarkable sponsorships and original branded content that seamlessly connect with audiences across Paramount's expansive ecosystem-including its iconic IP, platforms, and channels.
Marketing Strategy and Operations, a vital function within Paramount Brand Studios, drives Paramount Advertising's growth and success. The team focuses on three key areas: Product Marketing, which promotes Paramount's offerings through clear messaging and compelling sales materials; Revenue Strategy & IP Monetization, which develops sponsorship packages and pricing models to support sales in closing deals and exceeding revenue targets; and Sales Enablement, which equips sales teams with the tools, content, and technology needed to engage clients effectively and win business. Together, these efforts position Paramount as a leader in the advertising market, strengthen partnerships, and deliver significant results.
We are looking for a seasoned Manager to join the team! The ideal candidate is passionate about entertainment, technology, media, marketing, and the business of ad sales, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the industry!
Responsibilities:
• Develop sales collateral and sponsorship opportunities that engage media buyers and drive revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, programming, engineering, production, legal, design, yield, and ad operations to align efforts and secure agreement for sponsorship initiatives.
• Act as the internal expert and primary point of contact for both sales and Paramount Brand Studio on Paramount+ and Pluto TV; answering questions, educating on sponsorship opportunities, and leading sales enablement to improve efficiency and growth.
• Support inbound RFP responses, priority client programs, and company-wide ad sales growth initiatives by providing specialized expertise from the business unit.
• Lead team improvement projects, including process audits and optimizations, to drive greater efficiency and improve work quality.
• Stay up-to-date on media industry trends, streaming innovations, ad technology, and the needs of the buying community to ensure our offerings stand out clearly from the competition.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of media or marketing experience at a media company, agency, or brand, with a focus on custom marketing solutions or partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of media planning, programmatic advertising, and digital media.
Additional Qualifications:
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and interpersonal skills, able to craft clear and compelling narratives.
• Deep cultural awareness with the ability to spot current and emerging trends.
• Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear, actionable messaging for sales and clients.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects efficiently and collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in presentation tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote, with good design sense.
• Committed to finding solutions and solving problems effectively.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $95,000.00 - 105,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
