For our Global Feeds team in Amsterdam, we are currently recruiting a full-time (40hrs/week):

Creative Coordinator

CORE TASKS
o Communicating with internal producers and regional departments across Paramount.
o Booking and briefing of external agencies and freelancers worldwide.
o Coordination of the on-air postproduction processes – combining the projects for different channels/platforms.
o Localizing produced promotional content according to channel and campaign requirements; providing the recording studios and local regions with scripts and media assets.
o Work closely together with the Programming and Media Planning team, ensuring timely delivery and processing of short form content.
o Taking care of the payments for the versioning studios.
o Editing graphics of promos to meet individual brand requirements for global use.

That's why we want you to have:
o A degree in Media & Entertainment management, Audio Visual production, or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience required.
o Junior profile: 1-2 years work experience in the media industry.
o Experience in content coordination or controlling through previous jobs/internships.
o Strong project management, organization, and cross-cultural communication skills; supervising many projects, working with different departments across the globe.
o Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation combined with great time management skills.
o Ability to work under pressure with continuous ability to reprioritize.
o Positive, problem-solving attitude and adaptability – as the workflow is constantly being improved due to a fast-paced, agile environment.
o Knowledge of working with financial platforms a plus.
o Experience with Adobe suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Encoder, After Effects).
o Familiarity with the postproduction workflow and processes.
o Written and spoken fluency in English and a second language is preferred.
o Having fun working in an open and international team.
