Overview and Responsibilities

The Event Operations and Food Service team at Paramount is seeking for an eager and organized Coordinator to join the team! The position is responsible to support the planning and implementation of West Coast Food Service and Events. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone looking to support and make a meaningful impact of the culture at all Paramount locations. This role may require mandatory OT (Weekend and or late nights) based on event support.
• Responsible for coordination of vendor/client bookings.
• Plan and coordinate monthly marketing and promotional boards that highlight monthly food programs, monthly celebrations, and office events.
• Research and maintain diverse vendors, caterers, and venues appropriate for events.
• Handle the West Coast Events RSVP and Paramount HQ event inbox and guest lists.
• Aid with all on-site and off-site events which includes nights and weekends.
• Assist with expense reports and event budgets.
• Support online events handling Q&A, moderating, polling, breakout sessions and follow up with post program recordings, surveys, and other close out tasks.
• Research and make recommendations to Manager for design and global food trends that could be offered at offices/events.
• Create fliers/invitations for department events for all locations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
• Administrative Experience with at least 2+ years working in an office setting.
• Experience in Event Operations.
• Knowledge in Food Service
• Advanced skills in the MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point. PC/MAC
