Overview
Paramount Global is looking for an Associate Operations Manager to join their Distribution Partnerships team. The Associate Operations Manager will own distribution partner operations, with a focus on streaming partnerships.
This is a key role on Paramount's fast-paced Distribution team. Focused on streaming partnerships, this person will have the primary responsibility of improving the value of our growing roster of Paramount+ and Pluto partnerships by spearheading partnership operations, collaborating and driving visibility with internal teams, and assisting with key growth initiatives. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Distribution Partnerships. The role is based in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities
• Manage internal operations for the Distribution Partnerships team
• Assist in the fulfillment of contractual obligations through cross-departmental collaboration (e.g., Finance, Product, Marketing teams)
• Uphold and manage digital tools and databases being used by the Distribution team (Airtable, Sharepoint, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc)
• Identify operational efficiencies and work with internal collaborators to implement, streamline and drive visibility for business requirements
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure ongoing communication and insight into distribution initiatives
• Provide ad hoc operational support to individual partner needs
• Keep team updated on the latest technical and operational advancements; Lead ad hoc trainings when needed
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of business operations, product management, or partner management experience, preferably in the OTT or mobile industry
• Solid cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus among teams
• Ability to manage various projects at once, flexibility to change prioritization as needed
• Ability to explain technical concepts to a wide audience
• Proficiency in Airtable (e.g., base integrations, automation, interface customization, admin)
• Advanced skill in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite tools
• BA/BS degree required
Additional Qualifications
• Familiarity with various SaaS products (e.g., Salesforce, Atlassian products)
• Experience working with and building dashboards (Tableau)
• Eagerness to learn new concepts and technical skills
• Champion team collaboration and communication; work to improve efficiency and clarity of information between teams
• Creative problem solver

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $68,000.00 - 79,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
