Job Description
The Analyst, Global Time Administration will perform Payroll related tasks for the Human Resources, Technology, and other groups. You will work as part of a team and use WorkForce Software to ensure accurate and timely processing of employees' absences and reported time.
• Daily tasks as needed include collaborating with Payroll team on PTO payouts and off cycle payments, assigning work schedules to employee records, and updating employee overrides based on HR requests.
• Weekly tasks include loading time records for US employees into the Employee Central Payroll system, and then reconciling and validating the loaded data.
As an HR liaison, the analyst will provide support for US & International HR teams, including:
• Investigating issues or discrepancies with employee data, and then contacting the appropriate teams to understand and resolve issues.
• Researching and resolving employee questions in collaboration with the Ask HR customer service team.
• Assisting International HR administrators with technical issues and employee inquiries related to their monthly processing of time records.
As an IT liaison, the analyst will partner with IT on tasks including:
• Seeking IT expertise to resolve technical issues and functional questions.
• Assisting with the testing of system changes prior to roll-out.
The role will involve administrative recordkeeping, such as:
• Creating and updating policy and procedural guidelines and instructions as needed.
• Providing documentation and information for auditors.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3 +years' work experience in related field required.
Additional Qualifications
• Experience with WorkForce Software or similar timekeeping system strongly preferred.
• Work experience in HR and/or Payroll preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (heavy emphasis on Excel).
• Ability to understand and interpret company policies and country legislation related to time administration.
• Experience working in large multinational organization.
• Must be meticulous and have excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to interact with remote workforce.
• Ability to grasp concepts; ability to judge situations and react appropriately.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine creative solutions.
• Technically savvy with ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Flexibility to work weekend and evening hours related to time processing deadlines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 75,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
