Job Description
The Account Service Representative (ASR) works with Account Executives to help maintain existing business and provide essential customer service for their clients. In addition, the ASR will assist in developing new business opportunities with advertisers through ongoing relationships with agency and client contacts and will also work with CBS Daypart Management, Planning and Traffic Departments, and Market Resources Group.
Responsibilities include:
• Arrange make goods for program changes affecting sales orders.
• Prepare audience delivery analysis and update Stewardship information for sales orders.
• Work with and assist Daypart Managers and cross-divisional ASRs in assuring proper audience delivery for sales orders.
• Develop a keen understanding of a client's business to help create sales solutions for them.
• Provide agency and client contacts with pertinent Network Sales updates.
• Work with the Market Resources Group and Account Executives to coordinate, develop and tailor sales presentations.
• Make sales calls on agency investment and planning groups.
• Provide assistance and guidance to the Planning Department when necessary.
• Provide a high level of customer service and accessibility to all internal and external contacts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3+ years media experience preferred
Additional Qualifications:
• Excel proficiency
• PowerPoint proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Media Planning experience desirable
• Media-math proficiency
• Ability to meet regular deadlines and thrive under pressure
