Overview and Responsibilities:

Paramount Advertising Sales is a leading innovative advertising organization that delivers the advertising revenue across our digital and streaming portfolio using ground breaking research, data, partner marketing, and sales strategy approaches. We work creatively across all audiences and media platforms, collectively reaching 150 million domestic unique viewers across our full digital footprint on a monthly basis.

As part of the Paramount Programmatic Sales vertical, Programmatic Account Executives play an important role in growing Paramount's Programmatic advertising revenue. Reporting to the Paramount Programmatic Senior Director, the Account Executive 2 will be responsible for navigating existing business and generating new programmatic revenue from agencies and marketers, with a consultative and technical advertising approach. A successful Paramount Programmatic AE not only has a strong knowledge and understanding of programmatic advertising and the supporting AdTech ecosystem of DSPs, SSPs and DMPs, but also has a vibrant track record of strategic and analytical programmatic/data sales.
• Achieve and surpass established revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Build, lead and deliver on a programmatic sales pipeline that focuses on new and existing programmatic marketers, agency traders / buyers, and DSP account management teams with a strategic and analytical sales approach
• Collaborate and partner with Paramount's extended sales team and internal collaborators to elevate and evangelize Paramount's programmatic solutions and offerings
• Cultivate relationships with key client decision makers across agencies, advertisers and programmatic partners
• Stay active with key industry events, trends, and emerging ad technologies

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of AdTech / programmatic advertising sales and/or business development experience
• A strong understanding and knowledge of the programmatic landscape, programmatic buying/PMPs – including technology, techniques, partners, and business models

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience in working cross functionally with sales, marketing, yield, and business development teams to ensure growth in programmatic
• Excellent listening skills with an ability to address business and audiences
• Strong and strategic analytical thinking, organizational, and time management skills
• Proactive behavior to challenges and unexpected circumstances
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic atmosphere
• Ability to champion relationships and address all aspects of client relations

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $105,000.00 - 127,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
