Overview and Responsibilities:
The Convergent Sales team is looking for an Account Executive to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for calling on a list of Media Agencies with a focus on their Video Investment Teams to drive, lead, and improve advertising revenue across Convergent platforms within Paramount. We are looking for a skilled salesperson, strategic business thinker, an outstanding client service provider and problem solver.
Support will come from Planners and Sales Associates, who will lead media plans and day-to-day account support and maintenance, with brand expertise.
This role will be based out of the Los Angeles office (on a hybrid schedule) and will report to the Vice President, Convergent Sales!
Basic Qualifications
Account Executive:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Advertising Sales/Media/Marketing
Sr. Account Executive:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Advertising Sales/Media/Marketing
Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Shown ability to develop positive relationships at key decision-maker levels
• Shown history of deal-making and revenue performance
• Strong industry knowledge across multiple sales categories
• Must be a strategic individual possessing qualitative/quantitative skills to develop highly directed account plans for their clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including at senior levels
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong ability to communicate and function as a collaborator/account strategist across multiple groups
• Ability to proactively prioritize and lead various projects with tight deadlines
• Solutions-oriented team player
