Traffic Coordinator, Multiplatform Production

Paramount+ is a global digital subscription video streaming service from ViacomCBS that features a mountain of premium entertainment for audiences of all ages. Internationally, the streaming service features an expansive library of original series, hit shows and popular movies across every genre from world-renowned brands and production studios, including SHOWTIME, BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures and the Smithsonian Channel, in addition to a robust offering of premier local content. The service is currently available in the US, Canada, Latin America, the Nordics and Australia. By the end of 2021, ViacomCBS will have launched Paramount+ in 25 markets, ramping up to 45 markets by 2022.
Overview and Responsibilities

The traffic coordinator supports the design team's work for Paramount+'s international markets, locating and verifying assets for designers, and making sure deliverables are accurate and conform to Paramount+ guidelines. The coordinator has digital design experience, is highly organized, takes initiative, works collaboratively and manages deadlines.

In this role, the traffic coordinator sets deadlines based on regional schedules, and monitors and summarizes progress of deliverables. The traffic coordinator tracks and updates project tickets and ensures final deliverables are organized and catalogued accordingly.

While this is generally a daytime job, we occasionally need coverage for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Basic Qualifications
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field desired
• Knowledge of Adobe design software (Photoshop and Illustrator); must be able to open design files and spot potential issues (small file size, flattened layers, lo-res quality, etc.)
• Familiarity with Project Management software (JIRA a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to advocate for design team
• Prior entertainment or agency background a plus
