Overview and Responsibilities:
• Serve as Office Manager
• Lead all aspects of all physical and logistical coordination of office operation
• Support SVP with scheduling, calls, correspondence, travel
• Support Senior Managers with scheduling large meetings and travel, as needed
• Prepare CRC reports, SVP's expense reports
• Assist with processing of political contributions, prep of legal authorization memos
• Assist with processing consultant invoices and Dept expenditures
• Assist with tracking ethics/gifts to government officials and guild/union members
• Assist with gathering and uploading all film/TV production expenditure info to MPA portal
• Assist with tobacco depiction tracking in accordance with company smoking policy
• Assist with gathering Paramount Global production updates, as needed
• Assist with acquiring VISA/other entry approvals for productions and executives
• Assist with dignitary visits and coordinating VIP lot tours
• Assist with monitoring key local and state legislative items/agendas as needed
• Support community and government relations activities across 49 states, as needed
• Support Community Day, as needed

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 3+ years related experience. Experience working as a Page for Media/Entertainment strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

Additional Qualifications:
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with staff, other administrators, senior management, dignitaries and elected officials
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and have the ability to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time
• Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
• Work in office 2-3 days/week, or as determined by Paramount Global senior management
