Product Manager - Native Core Team (100% REMOTE)

Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from Paramount Global, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment. The premium streaming service features an expansive library of original series, hit shows and popular movies across every genre from world-renowned brands and production studios, including BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures and the Smithsonian Channel. The service is also the streaming home to unmatched sports programming, including every CBS Sports event, from golf to football to basketball and more, plus exclusive streaming rights for major sports properties, including some of the world's biggest and most popular soccer leagues. Paramount+ also enables subscribers to stream local CBS stations live across the US in addition to the ability to stream Paramount Streaming's other live channels: CBSN for 24/7 news, CBS Sports HQ for sports news and analysis, and ET Live for entertainment coverage.

As a Product Manager you will focus on supporting efforts across Android and Apple devices for Paramount+. This role will work alongside our platform lead to define and collect requirements that will deliver innovative and entertaining experiences that attract, delight and retain customers. You'll be on the cutting-edge of our product development process defining brand new experiences for our millions of users while also iteratively improving on our existing offering in partnership with our data science, marketing, machine learning, and content teams! You will play a central role in communication and coordination between all involved teams and stakeholders.
Overview & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects from inception through launch.
• Facilitate and lead collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Customer Service teams to deliver and launch features.
• Translate vision, strategy, and roadmap into product definition, epics, and stories that can be communicated to engineering, QA and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as a business owner for products throughout their lifecycle and work to resolve bugs or issues quickly and efficiently.
• Operate both independently and as part of a broader team; juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment.
• Interpret usage data, measure success and develop reports and presentations analyzing product usage.
• Actively participate in efforts to optimize and grow the Paramount+ subscription service & expand the footprint of available devices to stream on.
• Think like a user, building features and tools to discover the best content we offer in an easy, intuitive way.
• Find user pain points which may occur while using Paramount+ and come up with innovative solutions to resolve those issues.
• Build relationships with key technology and business teams, as well as external partners.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2+ years product experience building and delivering successful products, services and capabilities
• Experience solving problems in an ambiguous environment with constant change
• Ability to analyze opportunities presented, gain internal buy-in, and prioritize for execution
• Planning acumen, with ability to break down work and define an MVP, as well as subsequent iterations
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality features that improve the customers' experience and achieve business goals
• Collaborative spirit with key organizational areas: PMO, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Service and others

• Experience working on consumer facing products
• Excellent communication skills to all levels of the organization,
• Organizational skills to deliver projects from inception to launch
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, media or relevant fields.
• History with International web & applications / D2C subscription of premium services.
• Experience with consumer-facing video streaming experiences including media-centric information architecture.
• Experience working with different teams to develop a cross company collaborative tool or product.
