Job Description
Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from Paramount Global, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment. The Paramount+ Partnerships Project Manager supports Partnerships marketing campaigns and workflow planning for the Partnerships and Marketing Operations teams. This person drives end-to-end project management and tracking of partnerships marketing campaigns, and provides cross-functional support. Additionally, they ensure cohesive, coordinated workflows, and communication throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who has proven experience with marketing teams, leading complex projects in a matrixed organization!

The Central Project Management Office (PMO) within the Marketing, Data & Operations organization, is a team that serves as the through-line (with the combination of project and program management) supporting the organization's diverse functions and touch points into Paramount+ and Pluto TV. We are at the cross-section of several functions, including (but not limited to) Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production, Content Strategy, Data & Insights group, Content, Business and Ad Operations, Podcasts, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services, Audience Strategy & Search and more, all anchored around our Paramount+ subscription streaming service and Pluto TV, our ad-supported streaming service.

• Lead project management of multiple partnership marketing campaigns simultaneously
• Assess project parameters, priority scheduling, information requests, and deliverable timelines
• Ensure the Creative, Brand Marketing, Campaign Project Management, Legal, and Product teams, as well as external partners, have all of the information and resources required to start a project prior to kick-off
• Set, track, and distribute timelines based on coordinated workflows and individual deliverable needs
• Lead teams toward key achievements
• Adjust timelines and workflows to avoid time-sensitive bottlenecks. Enable pivots as needed.
• Maintain clear project tracking, status, risk assessments in project management systems.
• Identify issues early and suggest workable solutions or improvements to current systems, processes, and tools
• Maintain oversight of deliverables status and facilitate routing through approvals
• Alert campaign team and leadership of any variations to schedule
• Lead meetings, drive agendas and cross-functional communication, share recaps and next steps
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports and achievement calendars
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal & external partners, driving a culture of collaboration to build achievable and measurable project plans

Basic Qualification:
• BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years working in 360 campaign project management with experience in digital marketing, CRM or a marketing operations role
• Experience handling digital marketing, product marketing, and/or marketing operations teams
• Shown history of leading complex projects and campaigns with tight deadlines and multiple dependencies across numerous groups
• Experience handling campaign lifecycle using task and workflow management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com or similar
• Superb verbal and written communication skills to relay information simply and clearly to marketing and cross functional departments
• Can see the big picture and strategy and how seeming disparate pieces of information may align, while also being laser-focused on the small details
• Calm, balanced, level-headed, and synergic in nature

Additional Qualification:
• Knowledgable in digital media entertainment environment with multiple collaborators and highly matrixed teams
• PMP certification a plus!
