Media Distribution Coordinator (Tuesday-Saturday)

Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure QC is done accurately, meets Paramount standards and is deadline focused.
• Communicate technical issues to relay back to postproduction.
• Track the media supply chain on a title-by-title basis from the ingest perspective.
• Deliver materials to internal departments within Paramount Global
• Build media orders for both billing and on prem workflows.
• Manage complex data spreadsheets and systems
• Follow through to ensure all production obstacles are overcome and that Paramount's goals and requirements are met
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments
• Assist in resolving technical issues
• Escalation of any delays or issues to the management team in a timely manner

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in the media and entertainment industry relating to one or more of the following areas – metadata management, digital video and audio ingest, digital media quality control, project management.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task under shifting deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and tech savvy. Ability to adapt to change in the workplace

Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Slack, AirTable and SharePoint
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Understanding of video and audio technical attributes.
• Basic knowledge of production and media supply chain workflows
• Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills
