Overview:
Paramount+, the streaming service from Paramount, has an exciting opportunity for a Media Budget Operations Manager to join the Streaming Media team. As the central hub for all paid media efforts at Paramount+, the Streaming Media team manages service-sell campaigns, annual media partnerships, first-to-market executions, and on-device and performance media.
This role will be a key member of the team in helping to manage the Paramount+ marketing budget and processes related to forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and other special projects.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for financial forecasting and invoice tracking for the marketing department to support strategic decision-making leading the consolidation of monthly expense forecasting documents
• Liaise with media channel owners, creative team, and key internal marketing partners to gather expense information
• Prepare expense and forecast documents for senior management, as well as the Finance teams to identify potential changes in our budget
• Develop and optimize budgeting processes that consolidate large data sets
• Track expenses and invoices to update the marketing budget accordingly
• Assist with expense reconciliation for month/quarter and ensure marketing costs reports are submitted timely
• Develop new tracking and reporting templates, helping to prepare tools and processes for future planning and analysis
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience working in financial planning & analysis
• Be highly analytical and have a passion for numbers
• Candidates will have a proven track record of high-quality financial analysis and invoice reporting skills
• This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with multiple teams
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a challenging, dynamic environment of multiple priorities
• Advanced usage of Google Sheets and Excel to maintain large spreadsheets and trackers
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Additional Qualifications:
• Proficiency in SQL to run queries in retrieving expense data from backend tables
• Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce
• Understanding and experience with expense softwares
• Deep interest in entertainment content, sports, and live events

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $86,000.00 - 130,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
