Our Budapest shared service center supports the worldwide financial and accounting operation of Paramount and reports to the New York HQ.

JOB SUMMARY:
Operation support to affiliate finance/sales team's work, prepare the invoicing process, collect monthly reports, prepare term-sheets, following the number of subscribers, smart card administration. Monthly Reporting such as subscriber information, smart cards report, comparison reports, etc. Close collaboration with affiliate operators.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Smart card management, third-party cards upload, maintaining database
• Collecting and following up the number of subscribers from the operators,
• Maintain and track the operators' price structure,
• Prepare the billing and the database for finance,
• Prepare register, and supervise contracts with affiliate companies,
• Handle the invoice claims of the operators,
• Being part of the preparation of launching a new cable channel,
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for Affiliate Finance/Sales Teams, Cash-collection related ad-hoc reports for OTC Team GBS,
• Monthly invoice/accrual reconciliation together with finance teams,
• Manage S-Link system

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-have Requirements:
• Upper intermediate written and verbal English language skills, advanced level is a plus,
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related area a plus,
• 1+ years of experience (including internships) in a role(s) that required high degrees of organization such as finance, accounting, billing.

Additional Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• Proactive self-starter,
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing industry and organizational landscape,
• Track record of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
• Able to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization,
• Create and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
