Job Description
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Vice President. The Digital Marketing team develops and implements global digital marketing strategies for theatrical campaigns. Functions of this team include paid and organic social campaigns, social creative, custom programs with media partners, digital brand partnerships, influencer marketing and events. The department also analyzes industry and technology trends to help execute innovative marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, social media, digital trends, emerging technologies, movies and entertainment.
Responsibilities:
*Managing calendars for Senior Vice President, including coordination of in-person meetings and conference/video calls through Outlook. Handling day to day schedule and conflicts that may arise. Assist with other department scheduling needs, as necessary.
*Answering and directing phone calls.
*Book international & domestic travel for SVP & department (as requested)
*Maintains and submits billing matters and expense reports
*Oversees gate passes to ensure visitors are granted access, as needed
*Update department calendar, campaign timelines, and additional resources for SVP and team
*Orders supplies for department
*Schedules, tracks & updates meeting requests for department including Zoom calls.
*Troubleshoot IT issues when they arise
*Maintains department contact information and distribute regularly
*Willingness to help with various campaign tasks among teams
*Perform various miscellaneous administrative duties on an ad hoc basis
Basic Qualifications:
*Minimum 1 year experience (Strong internship experience considered)
*Knowledge of entertainment industry and digital platforms (emphasis on TikTok)
Additional Qualifications:
*Proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite, Outlook, and Zoom
*Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
*Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and have the ability to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time
*Flexible and ability to multi-task
*Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, procedures

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $47,000.00 - 53,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
