This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to members of the Business Affairs team for Paramount Television Studios. This role ensures the smooth functioning of a bi-coastal team that includes a SVP, VP and Counsel by managing schedules, coordinating communications between internal departments and external key collaborators, and assisting with legal and business documentation in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate communications across varying internal departments and external partners.
• Screen and respond to calls/emails; draft, review, and manage correspondences, including memos and meeting agendas.
• Schedule internal and external meetings, including with agents and external legal teams.
• Support BA team in strategic priorities and monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks.
• Assist BA team by updating internal deal trackers, and supporting the workflow of information to internal and external teams on a timely basis, including managing key documents for specific projects, and preparing and reviewing deal documents, as needed, including obtaining signatures.
• Research and prepare materials and charts for specific projects, including drafting letters.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital) for contracts and sensitive materials and pull documents upon BA request.
• Prepare and track expense reports.
• Coordinate IT setup and logistics for meetings and team events.
• Assist with department initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives; entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with DocuSign and contract management tools.
• Proven ability to manage databases and electronic filing systems.
Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Fantastic organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft professional correspondence.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $52,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
