Job Description
The Director of Audience Acquisition will champion the campaign and audience analytics vertical within the Marketing Acquisition and Campaign Services team at Paramount. The role will stretch across the streaming division reporting to the SVP of the team and will direct a team of three analyses. The Director will be responsible for Campaign level Analytics, Media Activation Optimization insights as well as leading our efforts around tactical audience insights and collaborating with the Data and Insights team around new measurement implementations.

Responsibilities
• Lead efforts to analyze campaign performance, track important metrics, and provide insights to optimize subscriber growth and increase the lifetime value (LTV) of existing subscribers.
• Work closely with the Marketing Data and Insights team to improve automated reporting and dashboarding capabilities, ensuring timely and accurate data-driven decision-making.
• Use strong SQL skills to perform in-depth analysis using data from our buying partners' clean rooms. Extract actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Investigate specific business questions or challenges coming from leadership. Provide detailed analyses, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Apply your expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and advertising measurement tools to drive effective campaigns.
• Navigate and manipulate large datasets efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with our Data Engineering and Data Science to onboard clean room setups, ensuring detailed data integration and analysis within secure environments.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or 6+ years experience in Media Analytics
• Experience with Marketing Clean Rooms (i.e.: Meta's Advanced Analytics & AMC)
• Knowledge of advertising measurement methods and technologies, including experimental techniques and MMM.
• Proficiency with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and manipulation tools to work with large data sets.

• Expertise in campaign management, data extraction, and media optimization
• Ability to apply data science/research techniques and tools
• Understanding of how to translate complex data tasks into business solutions
• Advanced knowledge of media metrics and math
• Expertise in analyzing and manipulating data sets to understand patterns and provide important insights.
• Validated experience presenting technical content to all types of audiences and translating complex concepts to make them accessible to key business collaborators.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $124,400.00 - 165,00.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
