This is a fixed term contract for 6 months based in SYDNEY.

Enough about us! What you'll do as the Coordinator Production & Live Events for our Streaming division:

The Live Events Coordinator is part of a global team that is responsible for curating content for distribution across the Paramount+ consumer site and app experience. Working with multiple schedules for multiple brands, they coordinate, build and schedule video clips and episodic content in collaboration with the editorial and design teams.

The Live Events Coordinator also helps manage live sports and event content across our global digital platforms which includes building and refreshing live event series pages and homepage promos, monitoring live events while they're occurring, and managing schedules and metadata for live event content on Paramount+ sites and apps.

Functions will also include:
• Produce and schedule multiplatform content on Paramount's owned and operated websites and apps for Paramount+
• Submit video, editorial, design and tech requests
• Conduct quality assurance
• Create, manage, and complete tickets in Paramount's JIRA system
• Work closely with many internal teams including programming, design, video production, editorial and integrated marketing
• Complete administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings and taking notes

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to adapt to handle frequent scheduling changes associated with live event productions
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within digital media
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Capable of problem solving
• Self-motivated
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Photoshop and web production skills highly desirable
• Loves digital media
