Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Coordinator who is passionate about organization development and learning to join our People Development team.  This position positively impacts employees and the organization by supporting programs and processes in the areas of employee onboarding, talent and succession, key talent development, mentoring, evolving how and where we work, and other People Development processes. The role supports the design, development, delivery and evaluation of programs and solutions. In addition, the role handles operational processes and contributes to team projects. Responsibilities:

Program and Process Coordination
o Manage vendor contracting, setup, and payment processes
o Assist with design of program materials that are visually compelling, clear, and support the key messages being communicated
o Coordinate development session logistics: input training activities/events, oversee registrations (dropouts and waitlist), assign training credits, send surveys and manage reporting and analytics in the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS)
o
Oversee training logistics for in-person programs once these are offered (conference room reservations, setup and takedown, printing materials, assembling activities, ordering catering), and virtual programs (zoom links; sending prework and post-work)
o Manage all program and process communications to participants and their managers, as well as external development partner organizations. Draft clear communications and communicate directly with participants at all levels
o Serve as a tech producer during select programs, communicating in real time with all course participants and troubleshooting technical issues
o Support logistics for our new hire onboarding process, including coordination for new hires' first day experience, managing distribution of welcome gifts, contributing to our new hire Slack channel, and coordinating ongoing new hire events
o Support our mentoring program through communications and other coordination needs.
Other Team Operations
o Manage vendor setup and payment processes
o Support other org-wide training program administration in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
o Assist with coordinating larger meetings for team members
o Respond to ad hoc requests for research, analysis, and coordination of projects across the team
o Act as back-up for other team coordinators, as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Organization Development or Human Resources preferred, or degree in related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization, time management and program management skills
• Can establish rapport and credibility with people at all levels, including internal colleagues and external vendors, across domestic and international locations
• Capacity to learn quickly, with a sense of curiosity, strong resourcefulness, and the mental acuity to reason through issues, track down answers, and resolve problems
• Desire to work with a strong sense of ownership, with strong follow-up, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
• Adept at content creation and editing platforms, including Photoshop or InDesign, various survey tools, and presentation platforms (e.g. Zoom)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Cornerstone a plus
