The Velocity Activation Team is responsible for managing integrated marketing campaigns on all screens and engaging with a number of external and internal constituencies to deliver all successful branded content program.

The Activation Coordinator is a dynamic and creative problem solver who will assist with the client-facing activation of multiplatform sponsorships and custom programs for Nickelodeon, Nicktoons, TeenNick, Nick Jr. and Nick at Nite, including tentpole events like the Kids' Choice Awards! As coordinator, you will collaborate with external partners including clients, media agencies, and creative agencies, as well as internal teams such as Ad Sales, Production, Programming, Media Planning, Social, Brand Marketing, Legal and Standards.

We are looking for a Coordinator who possess professionalism and can work well under pressure! This position reports into the Director of Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as Activation point on RFP responses including but not limited to leading creative briefings and collaboration, vetting concepts with all necessary teams, developing campaign elements, confirming production budgets and assisting with presentation as needed.
• Support all aspects of activation of assigned marketing programs after sell-in including managing agency/client partners, liaising with Creative and channel teams on content production and delivery, managing timelines, crafting pre-pro materials, representing client needs on set, coordinating campaign launch and collaborating with Media Activation and VCI teams on reporting
• Collaborate with integrated marketing pitch counterparts to brainstorm concepts for a variety of brands in response to client RFPs and formally vet ideas through appropriate Channel Team points on the Activation team
• Build and maintain campaign execution materials including program decks, one sheets, meeting agendas, production schedules, client timelines, scripts, and recap notes
• Function as main point of contact for collecting and prioritizing program assets, monitoring social media rollouts, and assisting on production shoots
• Work closely with the production, digital, social, media planning and traffic teams to execute custom sponsorship elements
• Help put together campaign wrap materials
• Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years experience working in entertainment, advertising or marketing

Additional Qualifications:
• Detailed self-starter with the ability to handle many projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and ability to work well under pressure is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as design aesthetic, to effectively articulate information regarding promotional programs to internal departments and external partners
• Knowledge of digital and social media and all things pop culture with a passion for creativity and innovation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
