We are currently looking for a Channel Operations Coordinator to join our Content Partnerships team based in West Hollywood, CA. In this on-site (5) day per week position, you will serve a critical role supporting channel operations end-to-end, working cross-functionally to prepare all FAST channel launches and provide ongoing management of our dynamic channel portfolio.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and leading various channel onboarding, operations, and management meetings with key internal and external stakeholders including programming, marketing, content operations, ad operations, distribution, product, and engineering
- Managing, tracking, inputting, and implementing key day-to-day tasks related to channel operations, including onboards, rebrands, takedowns, and troubleshooting
- Overseeing, updating, and disseminating key dates for all channel operations activities
- Delivering remarkable client service through forward-thinking communication, timely responses, and a collaborative workflow
- Assisting with internal projects and regular and ad hoc management presentations
Basic Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience, preferably in entertainment and/or online media
- BA/BS preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills to proficiently manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of TV/Film content acquisition and distribution (windows, contract terminology)
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to all levels of seniority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required. Airtable experience preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $42,400.00 - 63,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
