Overview:
The Broadcast Distribution Analyst handles the occasional use of billing and contract operations for COE Broadcast Distribution. Collaborate with the COE's senior director of finance and the Director of Systems & Planning to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, payment, and contract negotiations. Additionally, the position also supports the New York and Los Angeles Transmission staff with hotel bookings and work schedule management.

Responsibilities:
• Manages the reconciliation and invoicing of all occasional use fiber, satellite and Production resources used by Sports, News and Entertainment.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, payment and contract negotiations by working closely with the Finance Senior Management and clients.
• Supports Broadcast Distribution with work schedule management, staff hotel booking and administrative tasks such as creation of Purchase Orders and Capital Project Requests.
• Audit, confirm billing accuracy, process transmission order, test invoicing & processing update invoice clients, maintain & update client/customer information, and import show codes & episode number, within ScheduALL.
• Liaise between internal clients, external clients/vendors, and COE Finance
• Audit, code, and send vendor invoices to the Senior Director of COE Finance
• Communicate with the Senior Director of COE Finance regarding billing, contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Provide reports to CBS departments/managers and assist with department projects as needed.
• Attend meetings with the Assistant Director regarding contract billing/negotiations.
• Assist the Director of Systems & Planning and IT with troubleshooting ScheduALL issues.
• Manage input of weekly NY & LA TX work schedules into Media Pulse
• Book hotel rooms for NY TX
• Submit expense reports on behalf of the team, maintain the master circuit spreadsheet, and verify invoice payment status.
• Other duties as required
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and create financial reports
• Proficient in Excel and Data Driven systems
Additional Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Highly organized
• Ability to meet deadlines

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 65,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
