Job Description
Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from ViacomCBS, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment. The premium streaming service features an expansive library of original series, hit shows and popular movies across every genre from world-renowned brands and production studios, including BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures and the Smithsonian Channel. The service is also the streaming home to unmatched sports programming, including every CBS Sports event, from golf to football to basketball and more, plus exclusive streaming rights for major sports properties, including some of the world's biggest and most popular soccer leagues. Paramount+ also enables subscribers to stream local CBS stations live across the US in addition to the ability to stream ViacomCBS Streaming's other live channels: CBSN for 24/7 news, CBS Sports HQ for sports news and analysis, and ET Live for entertainment coverage.
Overview:
Our Consumer Marketing team within the ViacomCBS Streaming group is charged with distribution and monetization of premium content across the spectrum of digital partnerships and business models. This includes our direct-to-consumer subscription service Paramount+.

The Consumer Marketing Team is a diverse and agile group that works in an exciting and fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally across different departments and partnering with multiple technology/distribution partners to ensure that we deliver Paramount+ content to consumers, however and wherever they want to consume it.

The Associate Manager, Social Impact & Multicultural Marketing drives execution of Paramount+'s social impact, multicultural and cross-company priority initiatives including bringing to market a growing content slate of international originals debuting on Paramount domestically.

Responsibilities:
• Implement divisional strategy of social impact, multicultural and cross-company priority initiatives
• Completes program marketing campaigns in support of international originals debut on the domestic Paramount+ service
• Coordinates cross-functional teams across publicity, social media, and marketing to set goals, plans and market timing
• Primary liaison with creative teams to ensure a timely and effective in-market distribution of creative assets in partnership with the brand creative teams
• Delivers and briefs media agencies to guide the media planning process and support alignment of teams
• Leads campaigns from development to launch to ensure detailed execution

Basic Qualifications:
• 2 - 4 years marketing experience required, experience in social impact and cause marketing a plus
• Familiarity with Google Insights & Analytics, JIRA, Powerpoint, Excel and/or any other similar softwares
• Previous experience in the entertainment industry or Direct-to-Consumer business

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience developing proposals, media briefs, creative briefs, recap presentations, quarterly business review decks
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
• Hands-on with end-to-end execution; able to work well under pressure, recognize problems, and find solutions
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and judgment skills with the ability to collaborate with staff, other administrators, internal and external contacts, and senior management
• Be positive and willing to jump in on all kinds of projects, sometimes outside of normal day-to-day work
• An interest & passion for TV/streaming content
