Job Description
The AP Manager is primarily responsible for our payment remission process of the accounting department at On Location. This role reports to the SVP, Controller and assists in updating vendor payment templates, updating payment information on the banking portal, review vendor information for accuracy, and operating SOX controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, passion for accuracy, advanced excel skills, a desire to learn and ensure accurate payment to vendors. This person must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt on the fly, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
• Updating current treasury management system with any changes, as needed
• Input and organize payment runs with multiple banks
• Maintain 20+ bank accounts
• Review and approve invoices on a daily basis
• Interface with various departments
• Ensure that bills are organized and paid on time
• Remit payment for bills in line with approved pay run from corporate accounting department
• Conduct research to resolve payment discrepancies
• Respond to various ad-hoc requests
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Minimum 1-3 years of progressive treasury or AP experience
• Accounting or Finance degree mandatory
• Strong analytical and accounting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to learn and digest new things quickly
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Reporting Relationships and Working Conditions (legal)
Reports to the SVP, Controller for daily work and general office issues. Work will take place in the office. Typical 40 hour work week, with some additional hours and weekends required during peak times.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$90,000 annually
