Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager, Partnerships, and Operations to support Nick's streaming business on Paramount+ and distribution partnerships with third parties! A fast-paced environment where many hats will be worn and make a direct impact on the Nickelodeon business and Paramount platforms. Work closely with internal partners (marketing, production, and finance) and external partners (Amazon, Netflix, and Spotify) to grow existing and new franchises. Supporting the most beloved brands like SpongeBob SquarePants, iCarly, PAW Patrol, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as new franchises like That Girl Lay Lay and Baby Shark.

Reporting to the VP, Partnership Strategy & Operations, and working out of the New York office!
Operations
• Develop relationships with key colleagues to acquire important information in a timely manner from several sources to improve drive communication around launch targets, greenlight decisions, return on investment for new projects, content windowing and optimization, and performance & promotion tracking after launch on Paramount + or other distribution platforms.
• Build and maintain trackers, calendars, and documents that provide colleagues and leadership with timely access to operational data
• Develop presentation materials to provide regular updates to senior management and external clients on product/business updates, content rollout plans, and project status
• Advocate internally with the product and tech teams for the adoption of platform features to optimize Nick's business on Paramount +, O&O platforms, and distribution partner platforms
• Assist with partner support and presence at key Nick events (Kids Choice Awards, Comic-Con)
• Lead cross-functional team meetings and deadlines to drive progress for Nick's digital roadmap, Content Immersion meetings for Paramount +, and key partner priorities

Partnerships
• Establish relationships with internal teams, platform, and content partners across Paramount +, O&O platforms, and distribution partners
• Lead partner promotion process working cross-functionally to identify partnership opportunities
• Work with coordinator to build and submit materials for all partners (pitches, decks, one-pagers, quarterly business reviews)
• Document business performance to communicate insights and recommendations to internal partners (promotion recaps, quarterly recaps)
• Monitor and summarize partner events (WWDC, Google IO, etc), shareholder calls, partner announcements, and market trends to communicate pertinent updates to internal departments
• Support execution of new partner launches and participation in new initiatives across Paramount +, O&O platforms, and distribution partners

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 – 5+ years of Partnerships and/or Operations experience required

Additional Qualifications
• Passionate about Nickelodeon content, the streaming industry, and an understanding of the entertainment space
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for many projects with changing priorities
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is adaptable
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Strong in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
