Job Description
Overview /Objective:
The Manager, International Game & Team Operations will provide oversight and support to the department, as well as to the member clubs to ensure a standard of operational excellence in the execution of NFL games. This individual will collaborate on internal processes, project management, issue tracking and the overall execution of international games.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee club and league responsibilities and logistical operations for International Series game(s) which includes site visits, understanding of club requirements, and fostering the communication of information to multiple stake holders
• Manage weekly meetings for department leads and track international project timelines and goals
• Create Game Ops calendar to track important deadlines, events, and other milestones related to international planning
• Develop and maintain reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support Game Operations
• Assist with the administration and enforcement of Game Operations manual and League Policies for Players
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports that analyze key operations and performance metrics
• Assist with weekly operation and administration of department's game day programs
• Assist with the drafting and compilation of reports and materials distributed and/or prepared by Football Operations department for respective clubs
• Work in Game Day Operations Center to monitor games and assist in decision making for issues that arise in those games
• Football Operations game and event duties as assigned by department, including travel to NFL games (preseason, regular season and playoffs, International Series, Pro Bowl and Super Bowl), NFL combines, other development programs, college All Star games, NFL Draft, and/or in-season and offseason meetings.
Required Qualifications:
• BA or BS required ; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of football experience and/or operations experience necessary

• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
• Highly organized and ability to multitask efficiently, even in high-pressure environments
• Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary
• Very strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred
Travel:
• Extensive travel, including weekends and holidays, as required
Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week , however this role will require significant hours beyond that especially during the football season.
Salary / Pay Range

Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
