Job Description
In response to the growing presence of NFL Films at League Events and the League's continued international expansion, we are seeking an Event Operations & Production Associate to join our team. This role blends operational support for the NFL's premier events with production coordination for various film projects throughout the year and is ideal for an individual with experience in event operations, logistics and media production.
Responsibilities
• Assist with coordination and logistics planning for NFL Films at key League Events throughout the year, including the Combine, Draft, Hall of Fame, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, and the 8 International Games.
• Participate in planning meetings and collaborate across departments within the NFL, as well as with League vendors, to communicate and facilitate NFL Films' operational needs - such as camera positions, filming permissions, and space allocations.
• Manage staffing, lodging, and credentialing for NFL Films crew attending events.
• Coordinate staff travel logistics - including flights and ground transportation - while navigating the unique challenges of large-scale events and liaising with League vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as on-site support during events, overseeing operations from load-in to load-out and providing real-time troubleshooting in coordination with various NFL departments.
• When not actively supporting an event, take on production coordination responsibilities for NFL Films projects.
• Oversee logistics for remote/location film productions, including crew travel, equipment shipments, and vendor communication.
• Hire and onboard freelance crew members, including camera operators, audio techs, and production support personnel.
• Research and secure filming locations, manage permitting, and handle related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure budget adherence and timely crew assignments for both event and remote productions.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to full-time staff and the broader department as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations or Event Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of event operations experience, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry. Film production experience is a strong plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality execution for both live events and film productions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working across both corporate and entertainment industries.
• Familiarity with audiovisual equipment, film production environments, and event technology setups.
• Strong ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in high-pressure, live event scenarios.
• Master's Degree is preferred but not required.
Travel
• Approximately 30% of this position will require travel.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on project and event schedules.
• Ability to travel for on-location event or production work as required.
Terms/Expected Hours of Work:
This role is required to work 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be needed during peak times.
Salary / Pay Range
$1,750.00-$2,250 per week

Salary
$1,750 - $2,250 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
