Title: Supervisor, Account Management NSO

Reports to: Senior Vice President, Sales NSO

Location: New York

Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000

Position Summary:

The Supervisor, Account Management will assist leadership in their oversight of all NSO sales coordinators across the country. They will work with the VP's/AE's on proposals across all platforms, and will steward campaigns with a customer-first approach throughout the entire pre and post sales process.

The supervisor will also work closely with Group Sales on troubleshooting and helping facilitate streamlined process and planning (workflow), as well as investment/audience reporting.

This position will also support the SVP, National Sales with ad-hoc project management and administrative efforts.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide oversight of linear and digital plans that maximize the portfolio across national and local businesses.
• Ensure connection with the stations to facilitate rate card reconciliation if/when needed.
• Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures end to end.
• Will follow up on any outstanding orders, billing, spot times, etc. and reconcile any client concerns, issues, etc.
• Work closely with leadership team and AE's on system opportunities and sales material.
• Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures end to end.
• Present recommendations and guidance to the NSO leaders and sale coordinator team to achieve client objectives.
• Liaise with station personnel where needed.
• Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between the client, sales and stations.
• Act as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners.
• Develop process documentation and support client deliverables.
• Identify and communicate account needs, concerns and opportunities for business growth
• Project manage the development, roll-out and adoption of automated solutions and other tools.
• Act as a point of escalation and facilitate feedback across all teams
• Work with SC's to ensure media plans/IO's create the most effective package.
• Review IO's when needed to ensure they match approved media plan.
• Work with marketing team to secure materials and schedules for added value.
• Provide post summaries of account delivery.
• Resolve order/invoice-billing discrepancies.
• Work closely with and communicate directly with client/agency contacts for general account support and campaign assistance.

About you:
• 10+ years' experience in media
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Solutions-oriented customer service focus that emphasizes driving sales.
• Experience working with STBS, Wide Orbit or Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent ability to develop and train personnel on various process, systems and workflow.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage client expectations.
• Ability to manage through and navigate change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team player
• Strong leadership skills
