Job Description
Nexstar Media Inc. station, KRON4, the San Francisco Bay Area's Local News Station, seeks a Sports Reporter/Video Journalist. This position is responsible to originate, research, shoot video, write, edit, produce stories and report live.

This will be a regular, full-time, union position.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of three years of daily television news experience in shooting and reporting stories
• Ideal candidates must be self-starters, hard workers, have great attitudes, be versatile, and efficient

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be an excellent storyteller
• A superior ability to originate, research, write, shoot, produce and edit stories
• Ability to work well with people in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness and interest in experimenting in new ways to tell stories
• Manage regular engagement in digital platforms
• Maintain a polished professional appearance
• Position may require employee to work early morning or late-night shift
• Management reserves the discretion to add or modify job duties as required
• Willing to travel to cover local sports teams
