Job Description

The Sports Anchor/Reporter produces and anchors sports reports for all platforms in a manner that is clear, engaging and meaningful to news consumers.
• Market leader looking for someone with a passion for local sports. Anchor weekend segments, come up with story ideas, maintain on-line coverage, create relationships in sports community. Able to work with the leading sports team. A strong storyteller who can grow with the sports team.

Must be organized in story planning, and adept at shooting and editing on a tight deadline. Good communicator both on the air and in the newsroom. Clean driving record is required.

College/university degree is preferred. At least two years' experience in a commercial television newsroom is preferred.
