Job Description
''New York's Very Own'' PIX11 is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Planner to support their Sales team. As the WPIX Sales Planner, you will be part of a high paced, innovative, collaborative, and highly productive team. The ideal candidate will be part creative and part strategist with experience in creating and executing integrated sales and marketing proposals and campaigns. Responsibilities include working with Sales Management and a team of account executives to create and execute cross platform advertising campaigns – including all WPIX's broadcast and digital assets in order generate incremental station revenue and achieve client strategic marketing goals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Creation of sales and marketing materials including one-sheets, proposal decks, and presentations.
• Previous experience in administration or coordinator position. Experience in Digital Ad Ops, Ad Tech, Media, or Advertising a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including a professional phone manner and in-person presence
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with other individuals across the company and external stake holders
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to take initiative, a self-starter who is organized and able to work without close supervision and under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint (a must).
• Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Strong data entry and analytical skill, as well as, and understanding of statistics and market research
• Maintain the Master Proposal File, Marketing/Promotional Pending / Tracking Reports, and Sales & Marketing Calendars.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years' experience

• Must have professional polish and ability to interface with customers

• Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines and requests
• Participate in meetings, take notes and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with special projects as needed. Perform basic product, industry and competitive research, document findings in concise format via PowerPoint, Word, Excel, as requested
• Work closely with partner departments, to gather and organize information
• Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, with the professional savvy of communicating at all levels
• Experience with PowerPoint a must and Excel and Google Docs. A plus if you are experienced with Wide Orbit, Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, AdViews and Google Analytics
