Retirement Analyst

Job Description

• You will oversee multiple 401 (k) plans
• You will audit bi-weekly 401 (k) contribution integration
• You will audit bi-weekly 401 (k) loan integration
• You will manage manual 401 (k) process as required by plan
• You will reconcile 401 (k) bi-weekly and monthly
• You will provide 401 (k) match reconciliation monthly
• You will facilitate annual non-discrimination testing
• You will own 401 (k) audit and required filings
• You will review, update and process bi-weekly, monthly and annual retiree payrolls
• Your will audit retiree information, as needed
• You will partner with retirement vendors to facilitate retiree data management
• You will manage annual retirement audits
• You will own communication with employees and retirees regarding benefits

5+ years 401(k) or Retirement experience

Workday experience preferred

Fidelity and Vanguard experience desired

Detail and deadline oriented

Excellent communication skills

Microsoft Office proficient
