Job Description
Nexstar's Digital Division is seeking a Regional Manager, Digital Sales to be a strategic thought leader, problem solver, and activator to work collaboratively within the Local Digital Sales Strategy team and across the Nexstar station group. The goal will be to drive talent development, organizational processes, and digital sales within the regions. The Regional Manager will be a floating, travel role and will focus on markets where we have staffing shortages for Digital Sales Managers, or Integrated Digital Specialists' to support local revenue growth and sales enablement.

The Regional Manager will possess a comprehensive knowledge of current digital marketing best practices, tools, products, and value proposition to align with local digital sales goals. They will work closely with station sales departments to drive adoption and engagement, coordinate with the Regional Directors and Rev Ops to align priorities, and support the digital strategy team on product rollouts and enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation
• Travel to and fill in short-term ''as a DSM or IDS'' for specific markets that have talent or revenue gaps -- this will be a significant portion of the role and great opportunity to work in various environments
• Assist stations with digital pre-sales support and digital media campaign planning - work with local AE's and clients to develop results-driven solutions across platforms
• Coach and support local sellers with digital sales presentations and high-value sales calls in client-facing meetings
• Provide multi-market sales pre-and post-sales support to coordinate deals across Nexstar markets
• Execute digital campaign tactics and produce ongoing performance reports on campaigns
• Identify new market opportunities leveraging internal data and research partners
• Measure and report performance as needed for revenue forecasts, pipeline, and Nexstar tentpole projects

Talent Development & Training
• Identify local training gaps and leverage team resources to directly support training and development at the station level or region
• Support product or process rollouts locally - training DSMs, IDS's and sellers in coordination with the Regional Sales Directors and Training Director
• Help recruit new DSM/IDS roles as positions open up
• Onboard new DSMs and IDS's into the Nexstar culture, mentor their growth
• Share best practices internally and externally, support case study creation
• Work with markets to merge multiple reports into a cohesive story

Requirements & Relevant Skills:
• 5+ years local digital media sales or account management experience, prior leadership experience a plus
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue and achieving goals
• Promote a positive culture and develop superior relationships with stations and clients, gets along easily with all stakeholders
• Deep understanding of local media landscape and current digital capabilities
• Ability to translate and clearly communicate complex concepts to multiple stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, influential, problem-solving professional with the ability to manage up and down as needed to be effective
• Exhibit creativity and enthusiasm for continued learning
• Proficiency with technology; experience with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, social media and video platforms, attribution and reporting tools, Wide Orbit, Matrix, a plus
• Flexibility and ability to travel frequently, valid driver's license
