Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is America's largest local television and media company with 200 broadcast stations (including partner stations) in 116 markets addressing more than 68% of US television households and a growing digital media operation.

We are looking for an exceptional Corporate Receptionist who will provide great customer service to visitors and internal staff. A positive attitude and someone who works well with others will do great in this role.
• Opens the office; lights on, coffee made, any cleaning or tidying done
• Greets internal staff and office visitors with an upbeat and pleasant attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner; able to take phone messages
• Maintain and keep organized the reception area
• Sort mail and assist in distributing
• Accepts packages from couriers and prepares packages for shipment
• Assists in maintaining and updating company directory
• Assists in ordering and inventory of office supplies
• Monitors and prepares conference rooms for meetings
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:
• High School diploma
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
• Successful track record of dependability and punctuality
• Must be available for business hours of operation Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and scheduling
• Strong phone skills
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly personality
• Must work well in a team environment
• Someone who takes pride in their job and helping others
• Daily Dress Code is Business and not Business Casual
