Job Description
KOLR10/Ozarks FOX is looking for a creative producer who loves local journalism. The producer must be a strong writer with a keen eye for impactful stories. The producer will build the newscast, write and edit content.
• Produces newscasts for broadcast across all platforms
• Writes scripts, builds segments and edits newscasts
• Balances news and feature content to create compelling broadcasts
• Writes stories for the website and other digital platforms
• Interacts with viewers and users on social media sites
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Minimum two years' experience in news operations (Depending on market size)
• Proficiency with computers and telephones
• Ability to get work done on-time, every time
• Flexibility to work any shift
