Title: Group Sales Coordinator
Reports to: SVP Group Sales
Location: New York
Hourly Range: $28.85 - $33.65($50,000 - $70,000 annualized)
Position Summary:
The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing group sales proposals and/or plans. This position will collaborate with the SVP of Group Sales to build and execute Group Sales revenue strategies. Incumbent will work across all media platforms to create proposals, navigate executional workflow, and steward the investment/audience reporting from pre to post sell.
Responsibilities include:
• Create strategic cross-platform plans that maximize the portfolio and meet agency and/or client objectives.
• Works closely with SVP of Group Sales to understand customer goals and design programs that deliver results.
• Collaborate with the stations to facilitate the management of rate cards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness in pricing structures.
• Optimize media campaigns, ensuring that clients achieve their target audience deliveries, and that the overall integrity of their advertising investment is effectively delivered.
• Review all IO's to ensure they match approved media plan.
• Serve as a key communicator with clients and agency contacts.
• Work closely with Ad Operations/Commercial Operations on creative and traffic delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the SVP and Group Sales finance team to manage and oversee all billing, accounting, and collection activities, ensuring efficient financial operations and timely revenue collection.
• Work with Marketing Team to secure materials for any presentations or recap submissions.
About you:
• 3+ years' experience in media
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must possess a high level of critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience working with STBS, Wide Orbit or Salesforce a plus
• Ability to manage client expectation
• Solutions-oriented customer service focus that emphasizes driving sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team player
