Job Description
WGN-TV is seeking a dynamic, aggressive, and innovative Executive Producer for new Lifestyle show.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall content, production, planning and direction of lifestyle programming.
• Live producing experience.
• Have direct authority over producers, talent, camera/editors.
• Creative and imaginative.
• Work closely with sales department on content and execution.
• Be resourceful, flexible and innovative.
• Execute strategies that engage and grow audiences.

Requirements/Skills
• Five (5) years of experience as a broadcast producer or related experience.
• Must have strong communication, planning, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to function under deadline pressure.
• Ability to encourage and nurture the creativity of others.
