The CW Digital team seeks an Executive Director, Programming Partnerships responsible for driving results for content partners invested in the success of the CW Network and the CW Streaming Service. The right person for this role will have a track record in driving growth and scaled process with studio and aggregator content services across original development, licensing, and library content. Reporting to the Head of Programming and partnering closely with the Chief Digital Officer, the candidate will develop integrated strategies and programs to increase the value of partnerships to the CW through advanced analysis and data-backed insights. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and possess a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently. The Daily
• Develop and nurture strong relationship with key content partners across linear, FAST, AVOD, and local
• Measure and deliver growth for partners, whether via development, revenue or audience creation
• Initiate a high-volume of communication internally and externally to keep abreast of content avails as well as deals and processes moving forward
• Support innovative deal support to grow access to content and drive results for partners
• Work with multiple cross functional stakeholders including finance, product, business affairs and scheduling to drive key results
• Build a roadmap for all additional features needed to support partners
• Coordinate with other teams and divisions to help facilitate financial analysis and forecasting, and stay ahead on tech requirements
• Track partner competitive investments with a broad understanding of content landscape
• Track, analyze and report on key performance indicators to CW management.

The Essentials
• Position will be based in the Burbank, CA office.
• 7+ years operating in a partnership role, leading and implementing partner content across CTV, mobile and web platforms.
• AVOD, FAST or subscription-based streaming experience is a must.
• Strong cross functional team leadership skills
• Well-honed communication skills with senior audiences; ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from media partners to senior leadership.
• Extremely analytical with proven ability to use data to problem-solve and optimize outcomes.
• Self-starter and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of television and film
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.

The Compensation
• $150-180K/yr commensurate with experience and skill levels.
