KETK in Tyler, is looking for a dynamic, camera-ready CTV & Digital Anchor. This role blends on-air talent with digital savvy: you'll engage audiences in an authentic, compelling way. This role is ideal for someone who is industrious and can work independently. You'll have the freedom to create and present live and recorded programming across our digital and connected TV platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be able to independently create and present engaging streaming programs using OBS Studio.
• Research segments, write stories, manage on-screen graphics, and edit videos.
• Collaborate with managers, producers, and technical teams to ensure smooth live operations.
• Will be assigned to shoot news stories in the field as needed
• Engage with viewers through chat, social media, and other interactive features to foster community and audience loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in broadcasting, media production, journalism, or equivalent professional experience.
• News producing experience is a plus.
• The ability to think on your feet and improvise during live programs.
• A deep understanding of online culture and social media trends.
• Able to identify compelling story ideas for a digital audience.
• Familiarity with live-streaming technology, social media platforms, and audience engagement tools.
