• Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently grow revenue and exceed sales targets by selling across our br oadcast and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses , marketing decision-makers and media agencies.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations that highlight the value of combining broadcast reach with digital targeting .
• Consult with clients to understand their marketing objectives and recommend strategic ad solutions.
• Provide accurate pricing and placement information for broadcast and digital inventory .
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create compelling commercials, digital ads and cross-platform campaigns.
• Stay informed o n media trends , competitive offerings and evolving client needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Advertising , Mass Communications, or a related field - or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience ; media sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of broadcast television, digital advertising and integrated marketing strategies.
• Ability to think strategically, present confidently and close deals effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with digital ad metrics a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required .
