Department: Business Strategy & Analytics/Business Intelligence

Reports To: Senior Advisor, Business Strategy & Analytics
Job Classification: Non-Exempt

Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate overall and day-to-day database maintenance and administration for the Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and software
• Consistently track each campaign and sales lead in the CRM system and assist in the lead distribution to all sales and service employees
• Assist in production of daily recaps and related Tableau and Excel reports for all ticket sales related activity
• Manage the upload process for all manually created leads
• Constantly scrub (merge/purge) Ticketmaster Ticketing database, utilizing CRM tools, to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Assist in analyzing the customer database to identify profiles and purchasing trends of customers in order to provide potential leads
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies and statistics
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
• Familiarity with Archtics ticketing system a plus
• Ability to communicate both in technical and practical terms
• Requires continual attention to detail and high level of organization
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Flexible work schedule and ability work in an outdoor stadium environment
