The Account Executive, Partnership Sales position is responsible for prospecting and selling partnerships for both the New York Yankees and the Pinstripe Bowl. This position will interact with various departments within the organization when collaborating on concepts for new business presentations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through advertising category prospecting and research.
• For existing partners, work on proposals and prepare reports as part of the partner extension process.
• Assist other staff members with departmental game-day activities, specifically related to client entertainment.
• Provide support to the other sales members within the department, as needed, including the head of Partnership Sales.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales experience, preferably with a sports organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience with a positive outlook.
• Required to work games during the baseball season, including on evenings, weekends and select holidays.

The base annual salary for this position is $50,000 – $55,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
