This is a full-time CASUAL postiion for approximately 6 MONTHS based in SYDNEY.

As a Marketing Assistant you'll be responsible for assisting the National Brand Marketing Manager in executing media campaigns and other deliverables across all Paramount content.

Functions will include:
• Sending a weekly action / activities summary to all relevant stakeholders
• Monitoring daily ratings by market and demo, action feedback and manage up-weight activity as required
• Creating and maintaining campaign documents summarizing planned/intended activity and creatives
• Managing fulfillment of bookings made by NGMM, both via media agency and direct to vendors. (OOH and Radio but may include Digital, Social, Print and Cinema)
• Relationship management with community partners and fulfilment of sponsorship entitlements
• Manage other bespoke projects as required for example competitions, merchandise, printing
• Ensure general admin is handled in a timely and organised manner
• Manage admin such as invoices, raising POs, communication with vendors and assisting them with finance systems as required

What are we looking for in a Marketing Assistant? What's most important?
• 1-2 years experience in marketing and/or advertising. A background in media is desirable
• A positive, can do attitude and a great team player
• proven administrative skills including the processing of invoices, purchase orders, etc.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail
• Creative thinker and thrives working in a fast paced team environment
