We are looking for a Vice President, HR Business Partner who will lead the Talent team for our LATAM region. The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. This position is based in our Mexico City office.

Experience:
• This position requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience working in dynamic environments requiring strategic expertise, leadership coaching, leading teams, and the proven ability and interest to be hands-on.
• Experience leading within a global company, supporting a multi-country business, and the ability to build cross-layer alignment is required.
• Experience working with and leading teams across the LATAM region is required and a depth of experience in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina is preferred.
• An ability to build business acumen across various industries and workforces is a must. Previous experience working within tech, entertainment or media organizations is a plus, but not required.
• Experience leading various Talent teams including Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation, and Talent Operations, is a plus.
