Job Description
We don't need to tell you that Netflix is everywhere - chances are you're watching Netflix right now. What you might not know though, is just how much goes into building the world's leading Internet TV network, with over 220 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries, and feature films across a wide variety of genres and languages. It is the intersection of award-winning entertainment and cutting-edge technology, woven together by our Freedom and Responsibility culture, and powered by some of the most innovative and collaborative talent in the world. At the center of this is the Netflix Talent team, who are responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing Netflix's team of stunning colleagues.

This is a new role that is still being shaped and you will help us shape it. The position is part of the Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team based in Amsterdam, which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding Talent experience from candidacy to onboarding and beyond. The role supports the core functions within the Talent organization e.g. TEO, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Mobility, Inclusion & Diversity, Compensation, and Contingent, and works closely with our broader HR team.

Key responsibilities;
• We are in the business of storytelling, and this role takes the same approach by turning talent-related data into a story. You will build custom reports and dashboards with Talent Analytics Global Business Practice ''GBP'', to create a narrative on trends within the company for Business Leaders, Talent Partners, and other cross-functional teams; helping them to refine existing, and build out new, offerings for our employees.
• We rely on data to support business decisions so you will partner with all Talent functions to maintain the information in Workday through job/org changes, business process updates, and reporting. You will also find ways to improve legacy processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.
• We spin a lot of plates at once, so inevitably sometimes one breaks - your job is to diagnose the problems quickly in People systems and tools, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues with HR, end-users, and partner teams.
• We are a global company so you will support programs that reach all employees, including; 360 feedback, Compensation Review, and Benefits Open Enrollment, to ensure they run smoothly so employees can focus on their core roles.
• We are team players. This role enables others to succeed by assisting with various projects focused on improving the employee experience, as well as efficiencies on the Talent team, including; recruiting, onboarding, curation of content on our intranet, and the enhancement of our ATS (Lever).
• Your primary responsibility will be to support the EMEA region by Identifying and advocating for regional nuances when building new dashboards and rolling out new global programs.
• The EMEA region is a growth region, you will be involved in the set up of our new offices from a Talent systems and process perspective.
• Part of Netflix growth efforts will come from Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be involved in supporting the integration of newly acquired companies in the Netflix ecosystem.
• We leverage employee surveys to influence our organisation's practices and policies – all so that we can keep enabling our talent to do the best work of their lives. You will work with EMEA Talent Leadership to manage the feedback loop on survey set up / continuous improvement, and support in-depth/customized analyses where needed.

To be successful, you are;
• Have worked in a similar role already, with solid HR systems experience and the ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly. Ideally, you have experience with Workday, Zendesk, and Hiver.
• Are an advanced user of Excel, and the Google suite of products (sheets, docs, slides, etc). You're also proficient in tools that help eliminate manual steps from HR processes, by automating and integrating to ensure greater operational efficiency.
• Have experience with SQL and Tableau or are open to learning them.
• Are always looking for ways to make improvements and continuously simplify the user experience. You are able to see opportunities where others see problems.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pivot with the business, and effectively communicate with business executives.
• Are adaptable. You are able to react quickly and decisively in finding real-time, and creative, solutions.
