As the Senior Manager of TA Operations, you will play a key role in aligning the Talent Acquisition Programs team with Tech teams to deliver and implement effective TA solutions. You will lead a team responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing recruitment workflows and processes, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Additionally, you will help shape the Talent Acquisition strategy through innovative solutions and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring engagement, alignment, and readiness to meet business goals. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Design, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruitment workflows, leveraging advanced process improvement methodologies to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with evolving organizational priorities.
• Partner closely with the Programs team to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable design requirements that drive TA initiatives.
• Lead the team in developing detailed technical specifications in collaboration with process analysts and Talent Tech teams. Utilize tools such as process modeling software and workflow automation platforms to enhance system functionality and alignment with the TA strategy.
• Serve as the central liaison between TA and Tech teams, employing project management frameworks to drive effective communication, prioritize tasks, and deliver on complex, cross-functional initiatives within set timelines.
• Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of new tools, systems, and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Provide support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects independently, driving initiatives from concept to execution while empowering your team to contribute to the project's success.
• Collaborate with Informed Captains and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to the Talent Acquisition communications strategy, assisting in narrative building to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
• Actively participate in post-mortems and retrospectives to assess project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and drive enhancements in project management processes and methodologies across global TA.
• Provide strategic and operational support for TA Leadership, including the development of key communications and presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project or Program Manager, including people management experience, or in roles partnering with leaders in a similar capacity (planning, supporting, and scaling large cross-functional initiatives).
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on empowering team members to grow and succeed.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex challenges, utilizing high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to a range of audiences (including experience with memo writing and creating presentations).
• Strong group process and facilitation skills, capable of leading collaborative sessions effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or Visio
